How to Use
Take 1–2 capsules daily with water and a meal. Unlike standard ascorbic acid, Bio-C can be taken on an empty stomach without irritation. Vitamin C is water-soluble and excreted in urine — divided doses throughout the day maximise tissue saturation.
What makes non-acidic Vitamin C different?
Standard ascorbic acid has a pH of around 2.5–3.0 — highly acidic. Calcium or magnesium ascorbate has a neutral pH of 7.0, making it completely non-irritating to stomach lining, tooth enamel and the oesophagus, while providing identical immune and antioxidant benefits.

Are bioflavonoids important?

It’s a decent piece, just not my favourite. It does the job, but there are a couple of small details that stop it being a five-star garment for me. If you like the style it’s worth a try, but I wouldn’t call it a must-have.

Really like this piece overall. This garment has become one of my most reached-for pieces. The fit feels flattering without being too tight and the fabric is comfortable enough to wear all day. The colour is a touch different to the photos, but still very wearable.
