30-Day Return Policy
Changed your mind? We make returns simple. Free returns for UK customers on all eligible orders.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed — no signs of use, perfume, deodorant, or make-up
- All original tags still attached
- Original packaging intact where applicable
- Proof of purchase included (order confirmation email or order number)
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your cost.
Request your return
Log in to your Fashionfitz account → Order History → select the item(s) → click Request Return. Submit your reason and upload photos if the item is faulty or incorrect. No account? Email info@fashionfitz.store with your order number and reason.
Receive approval & return instructions
We’ll email you within 2 business days with approval and return details. UK customers receive a free prepaid return label. International customers receive our return address and packing guidelines (return shipping at your cost).
Pack and ship
Pack items securely using the original packaging where possible. Include your return authorisation number inside the parcel. We recommend tracked shipping for international returns — Fashionfitz is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation. Choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs for international customers are non-refundable

For health, hygiene and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances except where faulty:
Final sale and clearance items are clearly marked during checkout and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video of the fault. Send to info@fashionfitz.store with your order number. We’ll cover all return costs and expedite your replacement or refund as a priority.
We apologise. Email us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll send a free return label worldwide and dispatch the correct item as a priority, plus a 10% discount on your next order.
