 1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:


For health, hygiene, and operational reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear (including bras, panties, shapewear)
- Swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits, swim trunks)
- Pierced jewelry (earrings, nose rings, body jewelry)
- Beauty products (cosmetics, skincare, fragrances)
- Face masks and hosiery
- Personalized/customized items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Final sale items (marked as clearance or promotion)
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Used or damaged items

Exceptions: Faulty or incorrect items may be returned within 14 days with proof.

2. Navigate to "Order History"
3. Select item(s) and click "Request Return"
4. Submit reason and upload photos if needed

Step 2: Wait for Approval
- We'll email you within 2 business days
- Approved returns receive shipping instructions:
  - UK Customers: Free prepaid return label
  - International Customers: Return address and guidelines

Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Pack items securely with original packaging
- Include your return authorization number
- Important: We recommend using tracked shipping for international returns

 4. Refund Details
- Processing time: 7-14 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment or store credit (your choice)
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty/Damaged Items
