- International Shipping: 7–15 business days.
A Quick Note: While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to natural disasters, holidays, or weather. Shipping carriers handle delivery times, so we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates.

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
- Simply send us an email with the subject line: "CANCEL" and we’ll take care of it for you.
📍 What If I Entered the Wrong Address?
Oops! Made a typo in your address? No worries—just reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details as soon as possible.

💔 My Item Arrived Damaged

- A photo of the damaged product.

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, don’t worry—we’ve got it covered:
- We’ll ship in-stock items immediately.
- As soon as your pre-ordered/back-ordered items are ready, we’ll ship those too.
