💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method after we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
  • Please note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable for items without defects or damage during transit.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We’ll make sure to refund you as soon as the return process is complete—this includes the parcel reaching our warehouse, being inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.


🚫 Order Cancellations & Refused Deliveries

  • If you want to cancel an order already in transit, wait until it’s delivered to initiate a return.
  • If your package is returned to us because of:
    • An incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept delivery
    • Non-collection from the carrier
      We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment, but a reshipment fee will apply. Unfortunately, refunds are not available in these cases.

📝 Before Making a Return

  1. Submit a return request through our Contact Us page and provide proof of the issue (photos or videos).
  2. Returns without prior discussion or approval will require clear evidence (photos or videos).

📦 Package Tracking & Follow-Up

  • Please track your order and follow up on any missing deliveries within the time frame specified for your shipping method.
  • Haven’t received your package? Reach out to us immediately so we can assist you.

Once your order is delivered, we’ll send you a confirmation email with an invitation to review your experience. If delivery isn’t confirmed manually, our system will automatically mark it as received after a set period.
