Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size and colour, then click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, go to your cart and click Checkout. You’ll be guided through entering your shipping address and payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

What payment methods does Fashionfitz accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and all standard payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email info@fashionfitz.store with the subject line CANCEL and your order number. After 24 hours your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. Address corrections must also be submitted within 24 hours — reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address.

Is it safe to pay on Fashionfitz?

Yes. Fashionfitz is powered by Shopify, one of the world’s most trusted e-commerce platforms. All payments are processed over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection. We never store your card details. Fashionfitz is operated by BioBodyBoost Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, then:

United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Circumstances beyond our control (weather, public holidays, customs delays) may occasionally affect delivery times. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Is delivery free?

Yes — Fashionfitz offers free UK delivery on all orders over £75. Orders below £75 attract a standard delivery charge shown at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Does Fashionfitz ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide to nearly every country across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. Visit our Shipping Policy page for full details and international delivery times.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time on our order tracking page. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@fashionfitz.store.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos or a short video of the damage to info@fashionfitz.store. We’ll cover all return costs and expedite your replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds
What is Fashionfitz’s return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. UK customers receive a free prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See our full Return Policy for details.

Which items cannot be returned?

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on: underwear, swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits, tankinis), pierced jewellery, beauty products, face masks, hosiery, personalised items, gift cards, and final sale items. Exceptions apply for faulty or incorrect items.

How do I request a return?

1. Log in to your Fashionfitz account and go to Order History.
2. Select the item(s) you want to return and click Request Return.
3. Submit your reason and upload photos if relevant.
4. We’ll email you within 2 business days with approval and return instructions.

UK customers will receive a free prepaid return label. International customers will receive our return address and guidelines.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or as store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Sizing & Fit
What sizes does Fashionfitz carry?

Most Fashionfitz products are available in sizes S through XL (UK 8–22). Some styles extend to 2XL (UK 24). Every product page includes a full size guide in both inches and centimetres, with UK, US, and Euro size equivalents.

Are Fashionfitz products true to size?

It depends on the fabric elasticity, which is specified on every product page:

High elasticity (Elastane/Spandex blends): True to size — the fabric stretches to accommodate your shape.
No stretch (100% Polyester, Cotton): Size by your bust or waist measurement using the size chart. If between sizes, size up.

Always check the Fabric & Elasticity detail and size chart on each product page before ordering.

I received the wrong item or wrong size — what happens?

We sincerely apologise. Email info@fashionfitz.store with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll send you a free return label (worldwide) and dispatch the correct item as a priority, plus a 10% discount on your next order as an apology.

Account & General
Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free Fashionfitz account lets you track orders, save your address, manage returns, and access your order history at any time.

Does Fashionfitz have a referral programme?

Yes. You can earn rewards by referring friends to Fashionfitz. Visit our Refer a Friend page to get your unique referral link and see current rewards.
