When will my order ship?

Please allow 1–3 business days of processing time before your order is dispatched. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel with no fees within 24 hours of placing your order. Email info@fashionfitz.store with the subject line CANCEL and your order number. After 24 hours your order will have entered processing and cancellation may not be possible.

I entered an incorrect delivery address — what do I do?

Email us immediately at info@fashionfitz.store or reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address. We can update your address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that, the order will have been dispatched and address changes will no longer be possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can also use our order tracking page at any time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, contact us at info@fashionfitz.store.

I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?

In most cases yes. However, if your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item we’ll dispatch available items immediately and ship the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive a partial delivery, your remaining items are on their way — no action needed unless you’ve waited longer than the estimated delivery window.

My item arrived damaged

We package all orders carefully, but on rare occasions items can be damaged in transit. If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos or a short video of the damage to info@fashionfitz.store along with your order number. We’ll cover all return costs and prioritise your replacement or refund.

My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe

First, check your tracking link for the latest carrier update. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, public holidays or carrier disruption. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order is significantly overdue, contact us at info@fashionfitz.store and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees levied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering if you’re unsure.
