Chestnut Velvet Swing Dress – Frilled Neck & Gigot Sleeves

Honestly one of my favourite buys recently. This is the kind of dress you can throw on and instantly feel put-together. I’ve styled it with trainers and boots and it works both ways. I wasn’t expecting much at this price point but this dress is honestly better than pieces I’ve bought from more expensive high street brands. The fabric is soft against the skin, the seams feel secure and it doesn’t ride up or pull in odd places. It’s one of those items you keep reaching for because it just makes getting dressed easier.

Really like this dress overall. For the price, this dress really surprised me. The quality is solid, the stitching looks neat and it doesn’t feel flimsy or thin like some things I’ve ordered elsewhere. The only thing I’d change is a tiny tweak to the fit, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

It also layers nicely under coats without bunching up, which is ideal for UK weather. Overall it feels like something I’ll keep in my wardrobe for a long time.
