How to Use
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 11g) with 400–500ml of cold water. Consume during training, sipping throughout the session. Can also be taken 15–20 minutes before training as a pre-workout. Not recommended after 5pm due to caffeine content.
What is the difference between this and the BCAA Drink Mix?
The BCAA Drink Mix provides isolated branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and is stimulant-free. The Intra-Workout provides a broader essential amino acid profile, creatine, beta-alanine, beetroot nitrate and natural caffeine — it is a more comprehensive performance formula designed specifically for use during intense training.
Will beta-alanine cause tingling?
Beta-alanine commonly causes a harmless tingling sensation on the skin (paresthesia) — particularly around the face, neck and hands — when taken in doses above 800mg. This is a normal response and not harmful. It typically diminishes with regular use.
How much caffeine does this contain?
Please refer to the product label for precise caffeine content per serving. As a general guide, it contains moderate caffeine equivalent to approximately 1 cup of coffee per serving. Not recommended for pregnant women or those sensitive to caffeine.
Is this suitable for vegans?
Yes. All amino acids are from fermented plant-based sources. The beetroot extract and all other ingredients are plant or mineral-derived. Certified vegan and halal.
