Women's Blend for Menopause
A gentle food supplement specifically formulated with menopausal women in mind.
It contains a blend of 13 herbal ingredients: pfaffia powder, wild yam, sage leaf, alfalfa (Medicado Sativa) powder, hops, red clover, schizandra chinensis, Siberian ginseng powder, soya isoflavones, zinc citrate powder, vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) powder, kelp powder and atriplex halimus.
Isoflavones are a class of naturally-occurring organic plant compounds found in soybeans, chick peas and other legumes. They are a subcategory of phyto-chemicals and phyto-oestrogens.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, as well as normal cysteine synthesis, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation, normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

Usage
1 capsule to be taken 2 to 3 times per day with food.
An initial higher intake of 2 capsules taken 2 to 3 times per day (with food) is recommended for the first 2 to 3 weeks. Thereafter, intake to be reduced to 1 - 3 capsules per day as a maintenance daily intake.
Warning:
Long-term intake of amounts greater than 10mg of vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
