Returning an Item

 

     Return and Refund Guidelines

We're dedicated to guaranteeing customer satisfaction with each purchase. We recognize that occasionally a return may be necessary. Here are the specifics of our return policy.

 

To initiate a return:

Step 1- Access your customer account on the FashionFitz website.

Step 2- Post login, navigate to your order records to find the exact order.

Step 3- Select the product for return and begin the return process using available options. This method guarantees a smooth and effective return experience.

Step 4- Our team will promptly review your return request within 24 hours. Following the review, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the next steps.

Step 5- Upon approval of your return, a RoyalMail return label will be provided.

              Simply visit your closest RoyalMail center and send the parcel to us.

 

Return Fees:

Free returns available for eligible items in the United Kingdom.

For returns outside the UK, it is the buyer's responsibility to send the parcel to our warehouse.( Discounts and free gifts available for compensation )Contact Us for more details.

Return criteria:
1. Original packaging and tags intact.
2. Brand new condition: No perfume scent, unwashed, unworn, and unused.

 

                                                Non-Returnable Items


Items that cannot be returned consist of:
1. Products outside their 30 days return policy.
2. Products that have undergone washing, show signs of wear, have been used, or are missing their original tags.
3. Merchandise returned without a justified rationale (such as simple preference changes or no longer required).
4. The following specific categories are exempt from returns due to customer preferences:

This includes: Bodysuits, Bandanas, Swimwear, Corsets, Shapewear, Intimate apparel, Socks, and any tailor-made or handmade Footwear.

 

Items Eligible for Return:

Within the specified 30 days return policy, items can be returned and refunded, if they meet the following criteria:
    1. Items received in a damaged, broken, or soiled condition.
    2. Products delivered in an incorrect size or color.


14-Day Return for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons within 14 days of delivery, and the item remains in new condition, you're eligible for a refund of the item price. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Submit a Return ticket within 14 days of delivery.


Return Conditions for Personal Reasons

We won't cover the return shipping cost for items returned without a quality issue. All return items must get an approval from our customer service before being sent to our return address.


Order Cancellation and Refused Deliveries

If you wish to cancel an order that's already in transit, please wait until it's delivered to initiate a return. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to reasons such as incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or non-collection, we will reach out for a reshipment fee. Refunds won't be issued in these cases.

 

Returning an Item

Return Address: All returns must be sent to our UK warehouse or the closest warehouse to your location. This will be indicated in your Return process.

Always initiate a Return to obtain the correct return address. We're not responsible for items returned to the wrong address based on shipping labels.

 Refunds

Will be refunded to your original payment method after we've received and inspected the returned item. Note that the original shipping fee are non-refundable and refunds can take up to 10 days to show in your account .

Submit your return ticket by Contact Us with relevant proof (photos, videos). For any issues not discussed with and approved by FashionFitz, we'll need clear justification like photos or videos.
