Returning an Item

We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here’s how to return an item:

How to Return an Item:

  1. Log in to your account on the FashionFitz website.
  2. Go to your order history and find the order you want to return.
  3. Select the product you wish to return and start the return process. This will ensure a smooth and efficient return.
  4. We will review your return request within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
  5. Receive a Royal Mail return label and take your package to the nearest Royal Mail center to send it back to us.

Return Fees:

  • Free returns are available for eligible items in the United Kingdom.
  • For returns outside the UK, customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Return Criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in brand new condition: no perfume scent, unwashed, unworn, and unused.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for:

  1. Items outside the 30-day return window.
  2. Items that have been washed, worn, used, or are missing original tags.
  3. Returns without a valid reason (such as a change of mind).
  4. Specific categories including bodysuits, bandanas, swimwear, corsets, shapewear, intimate apparel, socks, and any custom-made footwear.

Items Eligible for Return: You can return items within 30 days if:

  1. They arrive damaged, broken, or soiled.
  2. They are delivered in the wrong size or color.

14-Day Return for Personal Reasons:

  • If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s in new condition.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation and Refused Deliveries:

  • If you want to cancel an order that is already in transit, please wait until it’s delivered and then initiate a return.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or non-collection, we will charge a reshipment fee. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Return Address:

  • All returns must be sent to our UK warehouse or the closest warehouse to your location. This will be provided during the return process.
  • Always initiate a return to get the correct return address. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
